How to Use

Press segments into the clean, dry gap; add or remove pieces to match your counter length. The walnut edge faces up. Remove and rinse after cooking; wipe the wood edge with a slightly oiled cloth now and then.

Care

Hand-wipe the silicone with warm soapy water; oil the walnut edge occasionally. Do not dishwasher the wood side; keep it away from open flame.
